The Awkward Nearly Shoulder Length
I'm a 2, and I've been growing out my hair from a pixie. I'm at the point between chin-length and shoulder-length. It's not long enough to pull back. The bangs don't stay behind my ear yet.
Mostly I just sit around being irritated at it and trying hard to resist the urge to cut it back off. I know it will get there in a month or two and be long enough to pull back. I'm also afraid that if I get it trimmed, the stylist will cut off too much, so it's getting a bit uneven. It touches my shoulders in the back, but is about an inch longer than my chin in front.
Anyone else in the same boat? Got ideas on what to do with it? I've been thinking it might be long enough for two french braids, so I was going to try that, but it's been forever since I've braided my hair, so I hope I still remember how.
