Jeliah,
I add warm tea and amla juice to my henna and let that sit overnight..I apply the henna mix onto my hair in sections and put on my shower cap. I co wash after 2 hours and follow with a DT (CJ rehab)..

Definitely no heat for me. Pretty much all of the above. I've just rediscovered sealing...I was foolish to stop KNOWING that I have high porosity hair. And I protective style 4 days out of the week. While I'm at home, my hair is in always in a bun.

I'm planning on lessening heat usage and bunning whenever I'm at home. I've been using a protective oil from DR(Dominican Republic). I also use other deep treatment/conditioners from there that are amazing! I'm trying to wear my hair curly more often but it seems healthier when I wash and set. I need to throw out my flat iron though. We'll see

I am planning to really keep my moisture game up. I had gotten away from regularly deep conditioning but I am adding that back into my routine; I'm planning to do it weekly during the colder months. I am also staying away from heat. I have given myself permission to flat iron my hair some time during the last week of December but that is it. Other than that I am sticking to the regie in my signature; if it ain't broke don't fix it, right.

I never do heat i plan to flat iron my hair once i achieve this goal hopefully by my 4 yr mark (aug) if not i still have until the end on the yr.

I plan to do lots more ps like box braids. I too turned my back on DT i did one this past weekend and i realize why its important. my hair is super soft and i am soo glad b/c it was thirsty. I will try to do one every other week.

I need to partner with someone we can pm each other periodically to check up on one another. Let me know if u wanna buddy up with me
