I'm trying something new tonight ladies..it has been in the 40s and super windy (I live in the Bay Area) and I wore my hair out today which I shouldn't have. So I decided to moisturize my 3rd day hair over night really good. I spritzed my hair with water so it was damp, then I rubbed a bit of the shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie between my hands and evenly distributed it on my hair from the ears down. Then I rubbed the excess on my crown and edges and sealed w/ EVOO. Then I used the kinky curly pomade to slick down my edged since I'm doing and updo tomorrow. Then I braided my hair in 2 braids, put a shower cap over it and then my bonnet.

Hope it comes out super moisturized and shiney!

LIB that sounds like your hair will love that.

Tonite i sprayed pure aloe vera juice directly to my scalp then i put plastic shower cap on my head then sat under the steamer for 20mins. After treatment i wrapped a scarf over the cap then put my bonnet over that. I am hoping for moister in the morning. I am getting box braids installed so my hair will appreciate this treatment

Here's what my curls look like after months and months of roller setting and flat ironing every 2 weeks. :/ its curlier than i expected, but I cant wait to see my curl pattern in the coming months.. Last night b4 work.

Loveinbetween ur routine last night sounds really good. Think I'm gonna try that Saturday night. How did it turn out?

I cut my hair from right above BSL to rigggght above APL cause my ends were misbehaving and I figured I might as well. Soooo I've got a bit more work to do. Ahahaha. My hair grows pretty quickly so I'm not too worried about it.

Everybody's hair looks great!!! I did my 2nd henna treatment 2 days ago. As you can see it didn't loosen my curls and you can't see the red unless I'm standing in the right light. But my hair is super shiny and it doesn't shed nearly as much as it used to :-)

I wore mine in a banana clip today and pinned the ends up kinda like a bun Forgot to snap pics though.
