I LOVE IT! Short term goals are more achievable. Rules are simple.

Might i add (for my personal goal)

Wrap hair nightly w/ satin silk scarf

I'm in! It's harder on me to cowash every other day during the winter without getting sick ... I guess while im transitioning it'll help with hair growth. Any easy protective style ideas?

BUNS... And I've found that using hair combs to tuck in my hair is really easy! It literally took about ten seconds to do.

But, if co-washing every other day is helping you, I say go for it! You could definitely do it at night before bed.

I decided to add amla,henna,and brahim powder treatment to my weekly regimen so that should speed up the process

Im in. this is two loose cornrows going into a bun. I do protective styles all the time because I do indoor track. I was at a meet in these.

Definitely doing this I currently have mini twist, and I co wash and I only shampoo when I go to the pool or beach -sulfate free
