Default Starting over for 2013

Hey everyone

It's almost been a year since I cut my hair and stop using heat I see a big different in my curl type but not Soo much in length. I been lazy with my hair not deep condition when needed. Or moisturizen when needed. So now 2013 I'm going to make a change!
Just need alil tips lol

I read need to mostrize everyday! Use butter or oil on ends everyday!
I have 3b hair type fine hair but med strands. High Porosity.
I have used light leave ins and my hair just frizz up:/

Iam using Shea moisture smoothie right now and tresemme naturals. That's it. Looks good but I know it's not the best it could be.

I deep condition with Aubrey organic GPB or Aubrey organic HSR
Use as Iam coconut co wash and deva curl rinse out

What I need help with how should moisturize my hair everyday with build up oils dont seem to work for me. Or maybe Iam use too much or using it wrong idk lol

Hope someone can help

GreenHouse Effect. It's when you put a shower cap, head scarf, and a bonnet on Your head before bed so your scalp can produce sebum witch is supposed to grow hair
