Baggy Method

I love the baggy method. It adds so much Moisture. My hair needs and loves moisture. Has anyone seen growth using this method?
What is this?? Never heard of it??

The baggy method means that you put oil on your hair (I use olive oil), then put a plastic cap on your head & let it sit overnight. It worked for me too.
I do that for DT but never straight oil....interesting! Olive oil work best or any others?? (That might be a depends on you hair question huh)

ive done this. works really well. but i cant take the oil on my face anymore and its hard to wash out.
I have only used a leave in conditioner. I guess I should try an oil.
Olive oil is a penetrating oil & will allow moisture into your hair. It will also make it shine. (Added bonus) however, when you get it from the store, go to a specialty store or health food store to ensure that it is 100% pure. I have been told that it may say on the bottle that it has other additives. (If you get it from Walmart) so check your bottle.

I've started doing this lately using the pomades from the pomade shop on etsy and I'm loving the results. Can't believe how soft my hair is the next day. We shall see about growth later on. Haven't been doing it enough to notice.

I only did this a couple times and keep telling myself to do it more. But I get lazy once I lay down.
I use to do this a lot with leave in conditioner & water. I haven't done it in a while tho.
