inversion method & coconut oil

I personally think it would work even without the oil. Just do the upside down position for four minutes for seven days straight. You cannot exceed the four minutes or the seven days. I think you would be surprised... An inch of growth is so worth it
I'm doing mine again and tomorrow is my last day and I'm pretty certain I've grown another inch of hair Can't wait to check

If anyone is doing it without oil, let me know please.

Hearing of the results you guys are talking about i can't wait. I just started yesterday so I am not on day two. What position is the easiest to do?
I turn around on the couch and hang my feet over the back, support my back on the seat part and hang down from there.

My sister thought I was crazy!
Fine 3B/C curls.
Currently growing out damage caused by straightening and coloring.
welp, I'm sold!

I just joined today and this sounds like the perfect challenge to get in on.

- Don't have to spend money on products since I already have oils
- Less than 30 mins per week

I'll be starting tonight and check in a few days for progress
I think it worked. Or maybe im crazy haha

Im in this challenge for CurlyNikki too & most had good results.

Sorry for the super late response! Yes this did work for me. I didn't remember to take any pictures though, sorry Didn't get an inch, but my roots have grown out! Even if it didn't work, it's still great to use oil!
Just at BSL (when stretched) goal is HL, 3a/b, medium thickness, medium porosity

I did the inversion method I also took biotin and I did the ghe although not every day because I was scared of moisture overload and surprisingly my hair grew a whole inch and my sides grew aswell but the sides need to thicken up however I feel that is down to the damage I have done over the years oh yeah I am somewhat of a product junkie so I also used liquid amino acid in my conditioner, I am very pleased with the results and intend to do it every month, I am not at the stage where I am ready to take pictures but once my sides reach a reasonable length I will display my progress currently my hair at the back reaches midway of my neck and my sides that not damaged reaches beneath my ear and the front reaches below my eye this s since my once inch hair growth
I did this earlier this month with castor oil and got a full inch in a week. Definitly worked. Didn't take pictures though. Will do next time.

This month I just got on birth control and I ran out of biotin so I'm going to try again but don't expect a full inch. Just got a new bottle of biotin.

I also started massaging my scalp everyday with a little tiny bit of jojoba oil to increase my density (I had a bunch of hair fall out because of a thyroid problem). That helped too.
I forgot to mention, use very little oil. The first time I did it my hair was constantly greasy. Now I use very little and it works better.

I picked up some Shea Moisture Strengthen Grow and Restore Edge Treatment by accident (I thought I got another product by them) and I decided to try it all over my scalp. Definitely works for density and doesn't leave my hair oily like other products. Argan oil is great too.
