Flaxseed
I totally love the flaxseed. I put it in my shakes, cereal ect. and I have noticed a change in at least the health of my hair. Another thing you can try is the acai berry (juice ect.) its really good for skin/hair health and you can pick it up at any natural food store. Infact there was a write up about it a few months agoe in naturally curly. I have found using these and the no-poo routine my hair has been growing a lot more, I started off with shoulder/chin length and its now down to my elbows. Yay!

I have shoulder length 3c curls thanks to my grandfather who is french and bohemian. Dark Chocolate Brown (almost black) currently with Carmel and Blond highlights, and just got it layered. Devoted CG for 2 years.
