Default Whole Foods Hair Skin and Nails Herbal Supp.

Anyone? I started taking this a week ago when I went to replace my silica. This has silica, msm, carrot and blueberry powder, green tea and a few other things. Has anyone tried this or heard about it?

I also take Alive! Whole Food Energizer (multi-vitamin w/ whole foods)and Flaxseed gel capsules.

thanx

Don't know about the WF (it sounds pretty good), but the Alive you take is one of the best MV's on the market. When I run out of Trader Joe SuperCrusade, I may give it a try.

SBB,

I buy it online (much cheaper than WF) and love it. The ingredient list is awesome and I don't get the nuclear green pee (from lack of uptake of b vitamins) I got from Rainbow Light and Centrum brands. When my mom was diagnosed w/ IBD, the doctor told her to buy Alive! Thats when I bought it.

ttyl and thanx

Love your hair - Thanks for the tip about the alive I'm going to buy some since whole foods is just a couple of blocks from my job. I've brought the carlson fish oil tablets lemon flavor & biotin from whole foods to help promote hair growth. My friend got me biominoil treatment for my hair it suppose to help out smooth & condition hair - make it more healthy. If you have any more great tips pass them along. also I was told to use this product mahabhringraj oil - cause my hair tends to shred alot - wanted to know have you heard of this product thanks!!

I'm looking into buying the mahabhringraj powder. For $5 at my local Indian store it seems worth trying?
