There's definitely a difference in length. I have 3" of new growth in 4 months. Now if I can only have patience until the color grows out. I was having perfect spirals and ringlets and the weather turned really warm (70s) this week and my hair went to pot...but atleast you can tell.

Thank you. I never seem to have a camera handy though on good hair days...lol!! My hair is so unruly and curly today. My hair always looks best when I first get up or right before going to bed and never when anyone else is around. I think I mess it up by trying to fix it.

Adding some better pictures to show my curls. My whole head is usually covered in these curls since getting all the relaxer cut off...my hair is acting so crazy. The weather is cold and rainy one day and then warm (70s and dry) the next week. My hair don't know what to do.

Your hair is looking great with some length - curlier too! Your hair is very similar to mine - 3A likely. This type actually gets more curl with some more length. The trick is to find the balance at the length where one's curls look the best, and where they start getting dragged down by weight(esp. if one has very heavy, thick hair, like me!) I like your reddish color too - is that what you are trying to grow out? The color looks great on you.
