Just purchased the ultra nourish-hair today. I`ll be starting them tomorrow and I`ll keep my fingers crossed that they work.

They never worked for me. I only took them for a few months, though. I take evening primrose oil and maca for PMDD, and I swear they make my hair and nails grow like weeds.
OMG, so I've only been taking the ultra nourish-hair since the 17th of October and before when I washed my hair, my hair would only hang above my shoulders; like you could see space. Now, my hair is laying on my shoulders and the curls are falling nicely. I definitely recommend this stuff and I'll continue to use it.

I wish I would've taken before and after measurement pictures though. Ah, such is life.

so! i realise this is two years too late, but i just ordered gnc ultra nourish-hair through the mail. will post progress updates just in case people are interested again
Are any of you ladies also taking a multi along with the Nourish hair?

I currently take:

Biotin- 2500 mcg (Mon and Thurs only)
Centrum Multi (daily)
Super B complex (daily)
Omega 3-6-9 (daily)

and just recently Collagen + C (I only take 3 daily right now but the label says to take 3 twice a day)

I am still breastfeeding (my baby is 9 mos old) so I'm trying not to take too much of anything. When I wean him, I think I may consider the Nourish hair vits. I took them about 2 yrs ago but I was trying so many things back then I really don't know if they worked or not.

Right now Im only taking a prenatal and prenatal DHA supplement as well (for nursing) .
All bets off on finding the perfect products for the curls - focusing on regrowing (50%) hair loss due to
A) Depo Provera (injectable birth control)
B) seborrheic dermatitis
C) stress/diet
