Default how does megatek compare to gnc ultra nourishair?

I'm thinking of trying one of these. Anyone know?

Megatek is a topical growth aid applied directly to the scalp.
GNC Nourish is a vitamin supplement.
You can and many people do take these things together.

Thanks I knew that one was topical and the other was oral. I just wondered if someone had experience with both and which gave more growth.

No problem. Thanks for the input. I'm still deciding what I want to do.

alsaxon, how long on the nourishair before you noticed actual new growth? I'm on day 8 (I know, no patience!), and my nails are growing better (I think).

thanks!

I started seeing results at the two to three week mark. Be patient and give it some time. You'll notice it in your nails first but the hair is not far behind.

I think I am about 45 days in now.
