hhmm.... chewable vitamins??

I have a serious issue when it comes to swallowing pills... to the point where my mom has gone to trader joes and picked a chewable vitamin c and multivitamins :-)

buuuutt I would love it anyone knew a vitamin for hair and nails thats chewable? Or at least exactly what vitamins attribute to hair and nail growth so I could be on the look out for them :-D I would appreciate it mucho!

Check out vitacost.com hair, skin, and nails section. While I did not see any chewables I did see some liquid hair, skin and nail supplements. If you would like to look for specific ingredients separately as chewables, look for the following:

Biotin
MSM
Flaxseed oil
Fish oil

I take the first 3 and I'm having pretty good succes (see dosage in my siggie)

the site also has a lozenge in the same section that may help. its not chewable but its like a cough drop so you wont have to swallow a huge pill.

Yea, coincidentally I went on the site myself looking for some supplements right after reading your post, HTH!
let us know how it goes, I might consider since I'm not a huge fan of pills either.

When I was pregnant, my doctor had me take 2 flinstone vitamins a day.
My vitamin B complex is taken sublingually (under the tongue) Sublingual B Total is the brand my doctor uses and recommends.

but no biotin... and i've heard that does help with hair growth.. ill keep looking but this one has the most vitamin a, nd vitamin b
