I LOVE my curly hair too! I didn't start wearing it curly until this year...heck I didn't even know I had curly hair until this year. It can be a little bit of a hassle wetting it everyday, but once I think about how easier that is than straightening it everyday Im pretty happy.
Curls are the best!!

I used to hate my hair, now that I've found this site, I consider it "okay". Pretty soon, I think I'm going to love it because I'm finally getting face framing layers, some deep conditioner, leave in conditioner and a styling serum. Hopefully that will help, because even if I have enough time to let my hair air dry all the way (which is rare) it'll come out flat on top (for some reason I can't scrunch the top of my hair; it's all dry and stretched and just damaged feeling, even though I haven't straightened in quite a while ) and fuzzy/frizzy. It also won't have any shape, which is why I'm getting the layers. Right now all I can really do with my hair is put it in a ponytail or bun.

I love the way it is now. When it was permed, I hated having to have to style it all the time and I hated washing it. Now I love washing and DCing it. It's like a way to pamper myself/my hair, once a week. I take better care of it now too.

I've already posted before buut:
I somewhat like my hair. It's inbetween curly and wavy, so I have a lot of nice tighter ringlets in the back, and very loose, cut ringlets, and little miny s waves/limpy, messed up waves in the front. Some days I really like it, and other days I get really, really envious of other girl's hair. Especially on here. I'm always like "Nooo, my hair looks like **** compared to all these girls! ): " I haven't gone CG yet.. and the only thing I follow that you guys do, is not use a brush. Sooo I wonder what my hair would do if I tryed some of your methods.
Unlike a lot of people on hair with super curly hair, I don't get compliments, except from family. But so what, I don't need other people to make me feel good about my hair. (:

I just started wearing my hair natural and, to be frank, it looks like crap right now. It's frizzy, won't lay flat, undefined....... I seriously thought my hair would come out at least a little better than this.

my hair is fuzzy/frizzy, stretched too. All I can do is put it in a bun and pray that it looks okay.

It's a love/hate relationship with me.
Sometimes, though, I wonder why I dislike them because I get complimented on them everyday. Even if I think my hair looks gross some girl tells me, without any prompting, their cute. =]

I love my hair when it curls up into heaps of coils and that jazz, but if I step out of the lines with even ONE product, hello stringlets! >:O Crunchy ugly weighed-down stringlets. I also get a lot of frizz and poofy-ness. My hair is coarse, BIG, thick, dry and made up of 3b ringlets, 3a botticelli curls and 2c curls thrown into the mix. Urgh! I am still grateful for what God gave me though

Yes I do. I used to hate it and wished it bounced and swayed. But I know see it for for what it really is and work with it and not against it. And that makes all the difference.

There have certainly been times in my life when I would have sold my own mother to have straight, silky hair. In my late teens, I met a stylist who actually knew what to do with curls, and I was absolutely dazzled by her finesse, as I'd seriously never known I could be more than a giant frizz ball. Now, I wouldn't trade my curls for the world. They're soft, pretty, don't take very much at all to maintain, and they're MINE, so I always treat them with love.

I love my hair. I think it's what makes me me. Even though I'm kinda in the transitioning stage where it looks all frizzy and I'm still experimenting with everything, I love the progress I'm making. It may take a lot of shower time, products, money, care, attention, etc..., but I agree with what some people have already said on here.....It's worth it.

I love other people's curls
Me too. I keep hoping I'll get there, and it does have some good days. I take good care of my hair and try to make it look/feel its best and I don't plan to relax it again, ever, but...bottom line, I would prefer it if it were straight.
