I had my hair cut at Bumble and Bumble about 6 or 7 years ago.....Just an average haircut, I didn't like it and never went back....

I can never understand a hairdresser who would cut a curly heads hair into a style that she couldn't wear curly.....would they cut a straighties hair in a style that had to be curled every day???

I can tell you why they did such hatchet jobs- because B&B apparently doesnt train their stylists to work on anything but straight thin hair. I went to one of their model calls yesterday and was told my (quite loose curls) was too difficult for students, mostly because it was too thick. So I was rejected after waiting in line for 45 mins (and after filling out an online profile that I was quite honest on). Others with similar hair - even less curly- were also rejected. If none of the students ever get their hands on thick or curly hair no wonder its hard to find someone who knows what they are doing. Im certainly never giving them my money.
