just curious: what do we think of shakiras hair???
I was wondering everyones opinion on Shakiras hair,, do you think its too frizzy or crazy looking? My hair looks something like hers does when i dont straighten it and sometimes my mom just doesnt like it lol,, i like how free it feels,, i think it makes me look fearless in a way becuz im not afraid to be myself even if its different from most ppl and i havent heard any complaints yet...

Currently Transitioning since Sept 05 ,, hair Type 3b/c,, will NEVER relax again and I want my curls and length back!!! Armpit length in front and nearly bra strap in back, growing and loving having my natural hair back......

That is the key!! It makes you feel good and empowered so just do it! My mom and dad both hated when I first started going curly. Now If I straiten it they ask why! People will get used to your new look. It's a look I really like...

It depends. I liked how she keeps it kind of wild, and I like it when it's curly. But, part me wants to see her use a better conditioner.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Shakira's hair, I love the volume and the slightly damaged look it has. When I went to Jonathan Torch's salon, I asked the stylist to give me this cut:
and she did! Next I want to lighten it like hers. Obsessed, I know.

i love love love it. that is ALMOST my goal. I cant' truely get it though, cuz i'm just a wavey.
edit: actually I just searched her and her hair is beautiful wavy too! now THAT is my goal, but mine is more fine, so I'll never be just like it.

Her hair looks awesome there, too...I love the wavier look, but I'd need to pull out some of my curl to achieve it.

oh yayy, i have always loved her wild crazy sexy hair,, and anytime i do go curly i aim for her look, i think its rebellious and to me thats the best way to go without dressing crazy cuz i like dressing feminine or getting piercings lol

I don't think I would want Shakira's hair, but I find it very encouraging. She has quite a bit of frizz, but she still manages to look unbelievably hot! It just shows you don't need "perfect" hair to look sexy.

I love her hair and I'd love to have her hair. I don't think it looks frizzy, just soft and romantically messy. I hope that makes sense.

ya i like it, mine use to look jus tlike hers, but know its grown out and gotton darker, but ya i like it, and sometimes when i "reactivate" my curls the next day they look like that too, it does feel very free to be a curly
