Default help me plz!!

ok...my hair on my temples is thinning out and it hurts when i pull my hair is one or anything...the little hair that is there ...when it pulls..it REALLY hurts...any suggestions?

I'm not sure I quite understood your post so I wonder why/how you are pulling your hair. If you are combing and brushing it then you should STOP and try CG, which is the gentlest way of treating hair and only detangle your hair with your fingers after it's soaking with a good conditioner.

Here's an article of interest about helping hair regrowth with essential oils. Also, I once regrew hair I'd lost while on thyroid medication by taking Kal's Super Silica Plus with MSM. If you start this it would help a lot to give yourself gentle scalp massages with the pads of your fingertips twice a day to stimulate circulation for better delivery of the nutrients to the hair follicles.
