My hair fell off when I hit my teens . My hair density is half of what I had as a child. It happens. But you can make your hair healthy by eating a healthy diet and by regular oil treatments. I use pure coconut oil or castor oil. Also aloe vera gel worked wonders in reducing my shedding. Anyway I think it's mainly diet and excercise you should be mainly worried about because your body is going through changes now. It's normal. Don't freak out. I know it's sad. I miss my thick hair too but there is nothing I can do about it.
