Well. The problem may be ur diet. You may not be getting enough protein. Try drinking lots of milk. And meat and nuts will help too. I am also 13, and used to have this problem, so I started eating chobani greek yogurt and it helped ah - lot! Hope I helped!

Also, I know that curlies are not supposed to brush their hair really, cause it causes frizz. But it is good to brush at the roots a little, because it will reduce hair loss. Because the natural oils in ur hair will lock in moisture. Which will make ur hair stronger

That's not true, that curlies can't brush their hair. They just can't do it dry. You should only brush your hair when it's wet.
But anyway, just be sure your getting all the nutrients you need.

My hair fell off when I hit my teens . My hair density is half of what I had as a child. It happens. But you can make your hair healthy by eating a healthy diet and by regular oil treatments. I use pure coconut oil or castor oil. Also aloe vera gel worked wonders in reducing my shedding. Anyway I think it's mainly diet and excercise you should be mainly worried about because your body is going through changes now. It's normal. Don't freak out. I know it's sad. I miss my thick hair too but there is nothing I can do about it.

If it gets really serious I'd go talk to a dermatologist.

It is a common issues these days. Try to wash your hairs daily and apply good conditioner after that. Use the gentle towel when the hairs are wet.

If you have dandruff in your hairs then its also a cause of hair fall try to use anti dandruff shampoo.
