Post another hair loss problem!

i could really use same help/advice here ladies. I have quiet a stressful life right now, i have anxiety problems and (i hate to addmit this), depression problems as well. im only 20 and ive noticed that my hair is thinning just above my temples on the one side. the strange thing is that i havent noticed a change in how much hair i loose when i detangle, which has always been a rather large hair ball.
when i was 17 i was going through quiet a hard time and was loosing my hair in the same places, though boths sides. it has made my forhead and face quiet a strange shape. now i thought it had started to grow back in the places, though now i have annoying short bits at the front which is rather annoying and doesnt really look flattering.
i do scalp messages with peppermints/rosemary oil mixture and always make sure i rubb those places extra.
a bit of advice or help would really be good.

Castor oil massages? Omega vitamins (fish/krill oil)? Protein spot treatments? Just thoughts...

Here I want add a saying that To back-comb hair properly, you need to place your brush at the top back of each section you lift. Then slowly but firmly brush down three times. Any other way can damage the hair'

Eeep I know I'm late on responding but you're best seeking advice from your primary care physician and/or a dermatologist. Hair loss can be related to a number of things, including stress, but it's best to get it checked out.

I'm sorry you're going through this.

Sulfate/Silicone free since 2010. Cowashing for 4 months thinned my hair so I returned to low-poos.
