tricks for thick healthy hair.. even if I am not?

I am wondering if anyone can recommend a product to help thinning and dry hair due to health problems?

I have a lot going on that I am trying to sort out (anemia, hypothyroid, etc)

I know that ultimately the cure is from the inside out, but in the mean time I would like to do all I can to help my hair!
I have a lot of shedding going on, thinning at the front, and just generally fragile dry hair..

Ideally I would like something that can be left in - either on scalp, or in hair- that does not need to be washed or rinsed out

I have had rene futurer recommended to me, is anyone familiar with this brand?
anyone have any suggestions? anything would be great!

thank you
Jamaican black castor oil.
jsdolly if you really want your hair to look thicker then fake it and wear a wig.

As someone who has recovered from health issues which caused hair loss and thinning hair more than once, nothing you do to the outside will make your hair look and feel "normal".

You can spend loads of money on products that supposedly from anecdotal stories make claims that they make your hair look thicker or stop it falling out, but apart from medically proved products like Minoxidil they don't work. Plus even proven products don't work quickly they take a few months.

Also like with proven products those that are suggested have other side effects. For example if you put oils on your scalp you increase the chance of spots and cysts, and so increase the chance of hair loss.

In regards to dry hair use pre-poo with a tiny bit of coconut oil for overnight to 13 hours. You can use other oils but coconut oil is one of the cheapest oils and easily available ones that is proven to penetrate hair strands and reduce hydration fatigue. Then use a leave in conditioner after you have washed and conditioned your hair. Leave-in conditioners have water as the first ingredient e.g. Giovanni Leave-in, or you can use a tiny bit of your rinse out conditioner as a leave-in. It will make your hair feel less dry but unfortunately your hair will still feel yucky.

In regards to using Rene Futurer - any products that are more luxurious will make you feel better but there is no proof that they reduce hair loss and increase hair thickness.
