I just wanted to warn some what happened when I ate some of the organic tofu, extra firm, cubed that walmart carries. I wish I could remember the name, I'll check brands when I go to get groceries tomorrow.

I got this weird prickling sensation in my face and upper chest after eating the tofu. Part of my face and head went numb for hours. I felt dizzy like I was going to pass out. It literally felt like my brain was trying to shut off.
The feeling is gone now hours later but no more tofu for me. I'm sure it doesn't all do that, I've eaten it for years with no problem. I think I just got some bad Tofu.

I'll update with the brand tomorrow
