Default Surgical Menopause and curls

Hello folks.
I had a total hysterectomy Oct 2006 and I was 31 at the time. I have 2 issues now that I'm growing my hair out that maybe someone else can answer. 1. Is there a difference since hyst with the rate your hair grows? 2. Is it different in 30's than letting it grow from your 20's? 3. Do my questions make sense?

Anyone? I'm sure someone's had a hyst in their 30's and tried to grow out hair.
The only women I have contact with that have had hyst are much, much older than me.

Playing with my hair is a hobby. Fluffy, fine natural 4a. Goal= Healthy, beautiful hair that retains its length.
