Default Curls gone bad

Hey i just joined this forum ok heres my problem i use to have very curly thick ringlety hair but in the last few months i have bleeched my and coloured my hair through hell and i have lost my tight curls and my hair is very thin i miss my curly thick hair how can i get it back

You have to start from square one. Number 1 no heat, number 2 moisture moisture moisture. If your hair is really damaged you'll have to trim gradually to get rid of all of the damage. Do deep conditiong treatments, hot oil treatments, and you might need protein especially if you notice breakage. Be extra gentle with your hair, don't put it in tight ponytails and give it loads of TLC.
