Curl Pattern: 2b-c, I've been accused of having beachy waves when I get my roots done
Density: thin
Elasticity: low
Characteristics: mid back length, baby fine, colored & highlighted, (turning white at age 34) dry ends, hard to hold a curl pattern in winter, easily over-conditioned (or so I think), easily weighed down, prone to an oily scalp, prone to frizz

CG/ModCG/not CG: Modified CG, I think I have better luck with a low poo every time I shower. I have tried cowashing but I'm paranoid of looking greasy. I use CHS: Treatment shampoo once a week or as needed when I'm feeling grimy.
Hard water or soft water: Not sure but we can get a lot of reddish mineral deposit on our tub and sinks
Average climate/dew points: MI, mid to high dews in summer, low to very low in winter

Protein section:
Do you PT? If so how often? IAgirl's gelatin PT probably every 2 weeks. With other PTs about once a week.
How long? 5-30 minutes, it depends
PT with heat or steam? steam in the shower or body heat and a shower cap while I'm out of the shower
Favorite PTs: SS: PRT, IAgirl's gelatin PT, haven't tried any others
Favorite products that contain protein? Curl Queen
Proteins your hair likes? (I think) my hair likes Hydrolized Collagen, which is in gelatin. It adds strength, elasticity, and shine to my hair.
Proteins your hair dislikes? None that I know of

Moisture section:
Do you DT? If so, how often? I DT after every PT, so about every week or 2
How long? It depends, anywhere from 5 min in the shower to 1 hour with a warmed heat therapy cap from curlmart
DT with heat or steam? Both
Favorite DTs: CJ Curl Rehab, CJ Argan & Olive Oil Condish
Favorite products to moisturize your hair: Pretty much any CJ conditioner
Ingredient likes: not sure
Ingredient dislikes: glycerin in the winter is very drying
Do you seal? Experimenting with Mineral Oil (Thanks, Jas!)
Do you avoid humectants? If so, which humectants do you avoid? Do you avoid them at all dew points or only certain dew points? I avoid glycerin in low dew points. I only need to avoid it in things that are left on my hair like styling products and leave-ins. I'm still not sure if glycerin is ok for me in normal to high dew points.

Low dew point combos: lol, this week it's: KCNT and CJ PP
Normal dew point combos: still experimenting
High dew point combos: still experimenting & very clueless = frizz city
HG/Go-to Products: Elucence low poo, SM low poo, CHS treatment poo, KCKT, CJ rinse out conditioners, CJ PP, BRHG?
I have way too many products right now and I feel very overwhelmed with all of the different possible combos!

Name the methods, techniques, and tricks that work for your porous hair? Spritz and condish method (when I think of it), conditioner-wash-conditioner method, using a humidifier in winter, applying leave in and styling products to SOAKING wet hair, scrunch out water with 2 Dollar Tree MF Towels, diffuse scalp and roots with Devafuser, let the lower half air dry then scrunch out the crunch
