Question Deep Conditioning Treatment for High Porosity Hair?

Can anyone recommend a sulphate/silicone-free (just started CG) deep conditioning treatment for high porosity hair?

Many thanks in advance!

I like Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose...it's highly moisturizing, and it also has a bit of protein!

I know the one that RiMiDa is recommended is used by a lot of curlies and they love it, but I find it too moisturizing for me. My hair turns out greasy, so here's another recommendation: Curl Junkie Curl Rehab.

You could try the Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose first because I think it is a little less expensive and if it seems too moisturizing you could switch to the Curl Rehab and maybe mix the two until the Aubrey is used up.

Do you know your hair "type?" I wonder if that affects which conditioner works better for us. I'm a 3A and 3B mix. Sometimes I think I have some 3C in there too
2/c and some 3A. Modified CG.
Highly porous. Color over grey.
Best 1st day method: Super Soaker
Conditioners: Curl Junkie Beauticurls Strengthening Conditioner,
Deep condish: Curl Junkie Curl Rehab
Stylers: Experimenting with cones & sulfates while the dews are high. Sometimes try roller sets - classic glamor but I prefer my curls.
Every day is a gift

EVOO! extra virgin olive oil will do the trick! And it has no additives because EVOO is natural and it's cheap! You can do it on wet or dry hair too! Just take about a fourth of a cup (for medium to long hair add more for longer hair less for shorter) of EVOO and put it in the microwave for about fifteen seconds so that the EVOO gets warm but not hot. Then use your hands to coat your hair in olive oil. Once your hair is dropping in olive oil, put it in a bun and cover with a shower cap (you don't have to wear the shower cap but it helps to keep the oo from evaporating) then wear for as long as you want! When you are in the shower you can ether cleanse your hair with a sulfate free silicone free shampoo or just rinse out bit don't add any conditioner or else your hair will get too greasy!!! You can add a little (I mean a little) bit of leave in condish if you want if you are planning to not wash your hair for a while and your done!!!
