SUPER confused on flaxseed gel recipes! HELP!

First, what do u need to keep seeds separate from end result. Also, how do u cook it, and i need to start with a.light consistency.. I have fine, high porous hair, with high dew and humidity, looking for recipes from similar haired girls, or ones with flaxseed and coconut, even honey and agave! Really want to try this but so lost on hpw to start..

Can u use the pot, whisk, ect for food after msking this?!

Flaxseeds are food items they are not toxic nor likely are most of your additives, and you will presumably be washing everything. Might get more responses on DIY if you post on the recipes board not high porosity.

As per your other thread, IMO don't use any additives the first tine, see how your hair responds to straight up flaxseed gel, then decide on additives based on that.
2a-2c, medium texture, porous/ colour treated. Three years CG. Past bra strap length heading for waist.

CO-wash: Inecto coconut/ Elvive Volume Collagen
Treatments: Komaza Care Matani, coconut/ sweet almond/ fractionated coconut oils, Hairveda Sitrinillah
Leave in: Fructis Sleek & Shine (old), Gliss Ultimate Volume, various Elvive
Styler: Umberto Giannini jelly, Au Naturale styling gelee
Flour sack towel, pixie diffuse or air dry.
Experimenting with: benign neglect
Thanks so much! Ur always super helpful
