for coarse hair?

I know that coarse hair already has too much protein, and I'm worried that a keratin treatment (which is protein, right?) would turn my hair to straw! Does anyone know from experience? Thanks!

who says course hair has too much protein?!

I have REALLY course hair and my hair soaks up protien. As long as BKTs are on the market I will continue to use them in my hair. If you are protein sensitive and you know that about your hair, maybe this is not the right option for you.

Coarse hair is the best hair! You should both feel fortunate. Fine hair is the worst! I have dry, baby-fine hair, and it's a nightmare. The BKT will soften up your coarse hair nicely. A friend of mine who has very coarse, dry hair, and her hair was so soft after her BKT that it wouldn't hold a curl.
