shampoo for after keratin treatment

I use Deva Curl products, which I love, however the salon where I get my done with the keratin conditioning treatment says there is an ingredient in Deva Curly that makes it wash away faster. They are well aware that there are no sulfates or sodium chloride in these products. But they were told from another source that there is something else in the ingredients which causes it to fade faster. Does anybody know about this? I am still using Deva curl until I know for sure.
Best hair treatments can be found from naturally occurring substances like gugo scientific name: Entada phaseikaudes K Meer, Aloe vera and coconut oil. Chemicals may be strong but others are well balanced and actually contain naturally occurring herbal plants. For best results, the use of shampoo should be in moderation like any other substances.

Well, wash your hair using specific hair care products like a sodium-chloride keratin care shampoo and a good conditioner to extend the results of the treatment.

Mel,
I feel like Im becoming an expert on keratin products, so I will share what I have learned, a company makes a maintenance line to extend the life of the treatment. Therefore the shampoo that goes with the treatment is the one that should be used. (I always include the shampoo and conditioner in the price of the treatment, because I want my clients to be happy with my keratin treatments, and I would like it to last as long as possible)
There are a lot of shampoos that will strip the keratin right out of your hair with just one wash. you have no idea how much of one ingredient your shampoo has and if it is compatible to your treatment. so if you stylist recommends a shampoo to go with your keratin treatment. I would go along with it!!
Meh, I use the harsh clarifying pre-shampoo that came with my keratin whenever I feel like I want to remove product buildup. It doesn't affect my BKT results at all. I've also used Suave clarifying shampoo without any detrimental effect. In fact, I wish my hair would curl would revert a little now.

There's so much misinformation about BKTs, I don't think anyone truly knows what they're talking about except the chemists who create the solutions, and they're not the ones disseminating product info to the consumers because if they did, likely no one would buy it.

Mel, I don't know what they're talking about, but most likely they want you to buy something they sell. Ya, I'm a cynic. Oh, and I've been DIY BKTing since 11/2009.
