Safest/cheapest protein/keratin treatments

I just cut my hair and Iv'e determined to cut my hair by myself just trim and start dyeing my hair with the henna from Lush. Has anyone ever used the Henna from Lush? Also, I'm trying to grow my hair out....it grows so slow! My hair is curly and right at my shoulders...has anyones heard of Hairfinity or nisim F.A.S.T. shampoo and conditioner? I really want to try it but to me in a way it seems like a scam...what do you people think? Also, to my title- I'm looking for an inexpensive protein/keratin treatment for my hair...I don't want to get rid of my curl...just make it shiny and easier to flat iron...I hardly ever flat iron it...I usually only flat iron my hair 4 times every 2-3 months.

-Thanks for any response

I've used it twice on my hair, twice on my sister's, and once in my cousin's. None of what you describe happened to me. For 15 bucks, there is nothing wrong with going home and doing a strand test to try it out. Check out Amazon for full details/reviews.
Glad to hear it worked for you, and you're right, there's nothing wrong doing with a strand test. I'd just be bummed if it were me asking about this product and my hair ended up turning orange because no one told me about the possible orange side effect. haha that would not be good.

I wonder if there's a warning on the box. And what ingredient would even cause that to happen?

oh, I totally agree with you. I guess I simply assumed that people do their research before applying any chemical to their hair. I'm glad you cited those reviews!
