Seriously chemically safe treatment?? Around Washington DC?
 

Some say they are safe and they are really not, etc etc. I am looking for a really, truly, seriously keratin-like treatment. Does one exist?? No formaldehyde, or the chemical that is like formaldehyde but called something else. I do not want to do it at home but prefer to go to a salon. I'm in the DC metro area. Suggestions??
