One of your first problems is the products you use and that fact you aren't shampooing! Moroccan Oil products contain silicone. You're not using anything to remove them. They coat your hair and don't allow the moisture in.

Once you've determined your properties, look for others with hair like yours (in signature.) It's the best place to start.
