Default "natural" keratin treatment!?

Hi everybody!
I know that people say "there is no keratin treatment without formaldehyde", and I'd actually say the same. Now I found this one special treatment though (it's from Carley's Clear and Smooth) and all the ingredients seem to be natural. I wonder now, how would this work then? Or better: does it work? Or is it more like a "normal" hair treatment which contains keratin? Here is the ingredients list:

10% Keratin, Reverse Osmosis purified water, Virgin Argan Oil, Glycerin (vegetable), BTMS, Cetac 30, Panthenol, GuarSilk, Cetyl Stearyl Alcohol, Germall Plus
