Hey all,

I read the article on LOC yesterday and I do follow the CG method, but no matter what, my hair seems to always need moisture. That was the part of the article that made me think this could work for my hair.

I have thick, but fine s wave type hair with normal porosity/elasticity. Any other wavies use the LOC method? If so, what products do you use??

Thanks!
Natalie

Currently I'm using:
L: YTB or NG Henna
O: SM Reconstructive Elixir (it's a bit too light, but I'll use it for now)
C: SM Curl & Style Milk

If the LOC method does not work, you can also try the LCO method. I have normal to high porosity and I follow the LCO method.

Liquid = WATER
Cream = My Leave in
Oil = Shea butter/evoo mix

Also, you may get more responses if you post this in the general forum

Hair type: still trying to figure that out
Hair info (I think): coarse / medium-high porosity / medium density / long (past elbows but want to donate ASAP)

Still Trying to Decide What's Best for Me!
Co-wash: As I Am Coconut Co-Wash
Conditioner: GVP Conditioning Balm
Leave-in: As I Am Leave-In
Styling: Garnier Pure & Clean gel
This thread should probably be on the General Discussion board. The Loc board is for discussions about locs which is a style - not the same as the LOC method!
Medium Texture/Normal Porosity
Summer routine - icequeen method and loving CJ Aloe Fix Lite, diluted with a few drops of water for frizz control and clumping.
Curl Junkie conditioners, Elucence moisture balancing conditioner, CJ Pattern Pusha, CJ Curl Queen, UFDCM,
Weekly PT (CJ Repair Me) & DT
CG since Aug. 08, still a lot to learn
