A lot of curlies cannot attain second day hair & must restart the process daily. Also, if you have low porosity hair, you really have to be careful as to how much product you use. At first, I used too much as the product did not abosorb into my hair, and it looked a hot mess, and by the evening or next day, my hair was greasy--and I have 4A hair!
Use a little less product than it appears that your hair needs initially.
What products do you use, the amount used & what is your application regimen? Do you have fine, medium/normal or coarse textured hair? Do you have waves or curls?
