Deep conditioner?

Are there any good homemade deep conditioners that don't have much protein?
I believe the recipes below do not have much protein, but I am not sure. I've used these in the past with good results, and I have medium-coarse, low-porosity 3b/c hair.

Ingredients:
one mashed avocado, olive oil, banana (optional), one tsp or tbsp honey (optional)

Leave on for 30 minutes or one hour. Make sure to completely manage the avocado and banana.

Sometimes I add olive oil or grapeseed oil and essential oils like rosemary to my conditioner and leave that in during my shower or overnight.

Coconut milk may have protein, but I don't believe it is a lot. I leave the coconut milk in during my time in the shower.
