Default Need a new HG leave-in conditioner
Yesterday I went to Sally's to get silk elements mixed silk leave in conditioner. I was heartbroken to find out that they removed it from the shelves. I need something to replace it. It was the only thing I found the had great slip, detangled, smoothed and left hair silky. Most of all it plays very well with others. A must for me. Someone please help me!!

Kinky curly knot today layered under SM curl & style milk. Both will run you cheaper than a bottle of mixed chicks leave in.

Waiting to try extra-wide curlformers. Propylene Glycol Sensitive - Itchy scalp? Facial Irritation? This might be why!

I use both of those but they don't do it for me like the mixed silk did. But that is what I'm using right now. Thanks luv

I find it gives me definition, shine, softness,...lots of slip! I haven't even been using gel with it recently since my hair clumps well without it. Just sealing it with oil. I'm hooked on it. Lol

Kinky-Curly Knot Today used to be too light for my hair, but now that I use it along with a moisturizing cowash and seal with an oil, it's actually very hydrating, has amazing slip, hydrating, clumping, and it actually absorbs into my low porosity hair without weighing it down

PoemaXX what is your hair type? I'm 3c with a tad bit of 4a in the back. I'm going to try honey dew. Oyin used to work great for me. Idk why I stopped using it. Tho I've never tried the honey dew. Just honey hemp condish. Thanks

I henna regularly and I find it affects my hair's porosity (making it act low porosity) for at least a week after. Oyin Hair Dew gives me good results in either case.

Oh ok. Thanks. I've never used henna before. Always wanted to try but scared. Not exactly sure what it does. And my hair acts fine without any extra stuff. I just need my leave in. But one day I'll give henna a try.

I love henna. Just thought I'd mention it because it makes my hair less porous!
