Protein treatment for LP

hey all: wondering what protein treatments you'd rec for LP hair.

i have a ton of hair, but its incredibly surprising how fast it gets product buildup and.or overcondished. i need the condish, but i don't, alas. and i am super glycerin sensitive.

also, have most people been finding that soap bars work as shampoo for them? i need, need shampoo, or at least a co-wash every day. i typically use CJ Daily Fix-but even that is building up right now.

also, i like elucence volume clarifying shampoo-but even that now making my hair limp and gross!

yuck-fear i need protein treatment.
low-porosity hair actually does fine with protein. It's usually the width of hair that will tell you how much protein you need (fine = lots, coarse = not so much)

You may need to clarify if you have buildup. Afterward I'd recommend a PT (I love the gelatin PT). You could probably use some products with protein as well in your regular routine.
2BC/f/II. fine - low/normal porosity - medium density - normal elasticity.

Currently using:
Cowash: Cure Care diluted with water 1:1
RO: Cure Care, V05 Kiwi Lime
Styler: UFD CM (old formula), FSG + CNPF
PT: IAgirl's gelatine

Experimenting with: CeraVe Foaming as low-poo, gelatin gel

light moisture, hydrolized protein, jelly stylers
guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, sulfates
Neutral on cones.

I've used natural soap bars for cleansing for almost five years. They were the "rage" on nc.com, at the time, but have since fallen out of favor because of the high pH. They are very gentle, just a little "more" then cowashing. For me, they remove the residual ingredients from the richer products that I use (my low porosity hair doesn't absorb everything.) However, they won't remove chemicals! Unless, they aren't "natural bars--Lush bars used to contain SLS (don't know if they've made any changes.)

My hair LOVES protein. I do at least one PT a week and use a lot of products with protein. If my products for the day don't have protein, I use a protein spray or some SKB as my first layer. My favorite PT is CJ Repair Me. While I can use gelatin in my okra gel (one package to 4 c of water), I can't do the gelatin PT (one package to 1/4-1/3 c of water.) It coats my hair and doesn't get absorbed.
