Default My face needs a good cleanser

My face is having issues. I'm looking for a good cleanser. Currently I'm using Aubrey Organics CO Q10 facial cleansing milk along with the toner. I'm getting little tiny bumps in certain areas.
My face is sort of sensitive. I can't use anything with mineral oil in it otherwise I'll break out. I have normal/dry skin.
HELP - suggestions please... And it needs to remove mineral makeup.

how about trying a gel wash like Phisoderm? the milk might be too rich for your skin.
