Default Homemade toner??

Never mind. I'd be way in over my head if I tried to make what I have in mind.

I haven't really made my own toner. I like to just use some rose water or herb infused water. But i would also like to see some of the tips to making one yourself.

Rose water is great, and so is camomille water. But make sure that the water you use doesn't have to much chalk/lime whatever you call it, my English is not that good in it as that stays in the pores and can cause breakouts.

Thanks for the advice!

Sungbong, water with too much chalk/lime in it is called "hard water" in English. And water that doesn't have chalk/lime is called "soft water"
