I am open to any suggestion. My eyebrows are tattooed on because I have none naturally - just a few blond hairs. I've never pluck or waxed them. The piercings are non-negotible.

Makeup free. There has to be a middle ground. With I look older, without I think I look too young. I want to look about 35.

I'd love to play in makeup with you, Speck! You have such clear skin. Do you moisturize? If you have dry skin, you can go with something heavier that would give a nice glow to your skin.

If I were you, I'd pat a little concealer under the eyes. It's an instant brightener. I'd go with a sheer, more pink-toned gloss for the lips. Nothing too dark or bright. The orangey-red isn't right for your coloring.

I'd tone down the purple eyeshadow, and use a soft brown instead. Just sweep it over your lid and into your bottom lashes too. But blend it so there aren't any harsh lines. If you still want a pop of color, draw a thin line of plum liner/shadow into your top lashes. Put mascara just on the top lashes.

Then I'd fill out the brows a bit more with a warm brown pencil. Bigger brows are in and look more youthful.

And smile! I always envision you as smiling a lot.

How's that?

BTW, I like the piercings! Although...I might go with a smaller stud in the nose...
No MAS.

Ok. What state do you live in and what do you charge to travel to Georgia?

I normally wear a diamond stud in my nose. I took it out to change to a new stud and it was too short. I couldn't the the original one back in (it was a screw) so I used the hoop.

My skin is very clear, smooth, and firm. I OCM with coconut oil.
I'm not Phoenix, but a suggestion, a more natural-looking makeup would make you look younger. Or just pick one feature that you emphasize with brighter color. You're a very attractive woman, but the makeup you have on in the photo is visible before you are. You'd be SURPRISED at what a more natural, blended look can do, especially with the right tools, like good brushes etc. Go to a really good makeup counter, and get swatched for foundation(you don't necessarily have to buy if you don't want to just yet)and in some cases they'll give you samples to try. For a more complete thing, get a makeup lesson or a good makeover at a counter you trust, and say you want a natural look that really keys into your skintone, hair color, and the contrast between. All this is very important for a seamless, but beautiful look, and be much more harmonious, bringing out the beauty you have. Or you could mix - like natural all over save for one feature that stands out a bit more, like a neutral eye with a bright lip, or vice-versa. But even with that bright lip, it should still be in a color that harmonizes with your skin tone. By skin tone, I mean undertone, whether it's warm, neutral or cool. So if one is warm, that bright lip could be in a tomato red, a hot warm pink, or bright coral - you get the picture. The good cosmetics counters can help you with that, as well a a good hair colorist as the same things come into consideration when choosing hair colors too. Hope this helps - lots of us are in search of things that really do give a lift in taking off a few years!

I definitely think I need a good under eyeconcealer. I don't wear foundation, powder or anything on my overall face. I've always had dark circles. I have had people comment that it looks like I have black eyes. We have Merle Norman and Estee Lauder available in our town. I really, really would like to get a facial and have someone do my makeup to show me in person.
