Default Eyeliner recommendation

Suggestions for the best not smear, long wearing eyeliner? I do a cat eye pretty regularly and even with a primer (Urban Decay), still getting some smear. Ideas?

Avon super shock gel eyeliner.
Like you I was using UD 24/7 pencils with primer, until I discovered the Avon pencils. I haven't looked back since.

I love Revlon Colorstay Liquid Eyeliner -- but NOT the pen. The regular one.

I love the Avon pencils someone else mentioned. They are the only pencils that stay on my oil lids. I also like MAC fluidline and Bobby Brown's long wear gel liner.

I got a gel liner from Ulta. Not bad. Stays put way better than what i was using. We will see how it holds up as it gets hotter out. That's a big contributor to smearing for me.
