Eye Cream
What's a good under eye cream for sensitive skin? I am starting to get some lines and crepey looking skin ( how do you describe it better - i look tired maybe).

i was curious about this and did a quick look at the astalift website. the interesting thing is that i cannot find either a store locator (probably none), or how one could purchase on the internet. and no prices were listed. since their store is in japan, how would someone purchase their products.
the other interesting thing is i was going to recommend cle de peau eye creams, and i believe they are from japan. (i use their day eye cream -- however, they came out with a very expensive version of this, that i cannot afford, so i still use the original one and love it.) i do use rotate with other products, but find that their day and night eye balm/creams work the best for me. and, you can get them at department stores.

I use Avene Eluage. It has retinaldehyde in it. It's gentle, IME, doesn't sting, and has really helped reduce lines near my eyes. A tiny dot of this stuff can do both eyes, so it lasts a long time.

I really like Skinfinite LOL Eye Serum. It is a gel consistency and you only need a tiny amount per eye. It contains Haloxyl to deal with dark circles and and peptides to deal with fine lines and wrinkles. It's a bit on the pricey side ($45) but it works.
I also really like 100% Coffee bean Eye cream. It's only 20$ and it is very creamy, moisturizing and all natural. It's more of a starter eye cream but I use the 2 together at night and my eyes look great!

I have super-sensitive skin. I have gotten pink bumps under my eyes from several "gentle" eye creams. I currently use Chagrin Valley's Eye Mousse - basically the most delicious, gentle thing I've ever put on my face. It is rich without being greasy, and makes my eyes feel soothed even in drying allergy season. I use it morning and night, and it doesn't make my eye makeup slide around (though I wear very minimal makeup). It takes a little while to "sink in," so I let it do that for about 20-30 minutes between applying and putting on my makeup. I just get dressed and feed the dog, etc.
I have minimal 30something lines at the corners of my eyes, and between this and Clarins eye sunscreen, they have diminished a bit over the past month.

Sephora gave me a few samples to try. Clarins, Dermadoctor and Clinique. I like the Clinique. Rich eyes I think its called. No reaction with my sensitivity and seems to help some. The Clarins sample isn't really an eye cream. Its like a filler? Or primer maybe? Its ok but not something i would buy.

I just use Weleda Skin Food under my eyes, but it's a little greasy.
