You guys are gonna think I'm wacky.
I exfoliate my face every day with a green ScotchBrite scrubbie and Pond's cold cream. Then I moisturize with Johnson's Baby Oil.
Here's me without makeup. I'm 35 going on 12.
ETA: Just a fun fact to further prove this works - I also smoked for 20 years! Quit 4 years ago.

Facial sponge
Grapeseed oil
Vitamin c- made a huuuuge difference in my skin.
A lot of water
Good sleep
Im only 23 but have been through my share of skin problems but now my skin is as perfect as it could be.
I have skin that is prone to be oily and was told that I should not exfolia. My skin was dull, I had bad acne and I had pretty big pores. I now exfoliate 2 times a week and my skin is clear, pores are smaller and my skin glows. I am not nearly as oily as I once was.

I'm only 25 years old but I am committed to youthful healthy skin for life. I suffer from hyper-pigmentation on my neck from acne in my teens so my HG's involve skin lightening products. I avoid hydroquinone at all costs because it causing skin sensitivity and can result in darkening of skin over time.

I'm curious about the mesocopper spray too. Any updates, ladies?
I just bought some magnesium oil to try – as a general wellness thing. Been reading up on magnesium deficiency... Sigh.

Johnson's baby wipes are my HG. I use them to remove my make-up at the end of the day.

I'm intrigued by the MesoCopper spray also. I'm skittish about spraying anything directly onto my face, so I would have to spray onto my palms and then apply to my face. I wonder if that would impact how well it works. I'm still skeptical about it, so I'm trying to read more reviews about it before I buy.
Would love to hear more from my fellow curlies who tried it!

I tried the mesocopper spray...I don't think it does anything. I'm a fan of copper peptide products in general. I have psoriasis, and I have experienced very nice results on some of my lesions by applying copper serums, because copper has some anti-inflammatory properties. I thought I'd try one of these copper water products, thinking it would be easier to apply more often than my usual serum, less messy, etc. I just don't think there's enough copper in it to do anything. I'll stick to my Pickart Super CP Serum.

Thanks, RCW. I'm trying to get over a bout of "dermatitis" without continuing the Rx stuff my derm prescribed. When my skin stabilizes in the normal zone, I will look into the product you mentioned.

I wash my face twice. After I remove my makeup I wash with a cleanser and then I use my clarisonic Mia 2 and cleanse with that.
I do a facial once per week, usually while I'm doing a deep treatment for my hair. I cleanse, steam my face to really open up the pores, and I do a face mask. Sometimes I make my own with raw organic honey and olive oil or olive oil and avocado or just a store bought Dead Sea minerals mud mask.
I also moisturize my face with natural oils at night. Borage oil which I did a blog about is amazing for my skin. It helps with certain skin conditions like eczema, acne and psoriasis (which I don't have) but it is an amazing moisturizer and it makes my skin look radiant and even. My husband actually started using it too. It was featured on the Dr. Oz shown about secrets the beauty industry does not want you to know.
Getting enough sleep also does wonders for my skin and keeping hydrated helps.

My favorite mineral- magnesium. Takes a long time to restore a deficiency. Hang in there.
