My feet were getting a bit dry and cracked so I tried this foot scrub I found on pinterest, (find me at /kimkimx), and seriously my feet are softer than ever before. I had to share it for anyone else looking to help their feet. This is what I did:
After soaking my feet (for about 30 mins) in warm water with 1 c epsom salt and a little lavender oil, I dried them and used a pumice stone. Next I used a foot scrub made of about a handful of coarsely ground rice, 2-4 tablespoons of honey, and apple cider vinegar. You simply mix until you get a paste-like consistency. If your feet are very dry you can add a little olive oil to the scrub.
My feet have never felt better so I hope you guys enjoy this too!!!!
I will definitely be trying this. I do martial arts so I spend a huge amount of time barefoot and my poor feet definitely suffer for it.
