Makeup tutorial series - based on saris
Have any of you visited the Utsav fashion site that has an ad here on nc.com? Some of the sarees are sooooooo pretty. I've been thinking of doing a series of makeup looks based on beautiful sarees. The colors are so vivid. Which ones might you like to see a makeup look based on? I like the one fourth row down, fourth column on the right:

YES! Check out wedding/bridal and formal event saris if you need more inspiration. They're GORGEOUS! I nearly fainted at one of my friends' graduation when her whole family strolled in wearing amazing purple, green, gold and yellow saris!

Here's the second installment in the "Sari series." This green look is based on some sari fabric I have, something like the last pic:

Yes, I wear saris sometimes (very rarely) and I've browsed utsav before but never ordered. There are a couple of saris I wanted to order...I will find them and post them here..one is royal blue with a black blouse(simple/muted colors for a sari) and I think the other was yellow.
