Body wash: no sulfate, gluten, almond??
The title pretty much says it all. I need a body wash that is sulfate free, gluten free, and almond free. I react to all. I found one from Herbal Choice Mari but are there more options?
I might consider making my own - anyone done this? I saw one using a soap bar, vegetable glycerin and water. I haven't checked ingredients but I have dr Bronners liquid soap...worried it would be too drying on its own but do you think it would work as an ingredient? Hmm...

My hair:
2b wavy, medium texture, low porosity, med-high density. Protein finicky.
My routine:
Cleansing: DCNP, every 4-5 days (occasionally use CJ cleansers).
RO: CJSC, occasionally use JCDC
LI: KCKT or CJSL
Gel: KCCC, CJCIAB for 2nd day hair (sometimes third)
Heat is my friend: warm water rinses, steam caps, and diffuse dry. I love CLU cloths and my Denman.

I thought I had seen one at some point but couldn't find it. I'm on my phone though so maybe that is goofing something up. I will go on computer and check. Thank you!

Have you taken a look at the Shea Moisture body wash? There are a few that might work for you. The Coconut and Hibiscus, and the Organic Raw Shea Butter. There is even a baby line that has body wash.

Oh one of those might work and it's available locally, too. Thanks!
