Default PRIMER!

Hello, just wondering if any one had any suggestions for a full face primer that's good for really oily skin. :-)

Lately I've been using Becca's Ever Matte. It is silicone and oil-free. It doesn't keep my skin totally shine-free all day, but I can pat it on over makeup when I'm shiny. I bought it at Sephora.

I have tried this and I like it alot as a primer. It works well with my sensitive skin, no redness and irritation that I have experienced with other Primers. I haveal so had good results with Smashbox Photo Finish and Tarte Clean slate. With the price of the monistat anti chafing gell its worth giving it a try.

I concur with the smashbox photo finish foundation primer.
It works well but I feel the smashbox photo finish targeted primer works better. It has this silky soft luxurious feel that will make you want to constantly touch your face. I never have to blot periodically when I've used it.

If you are looking for a drugstore primer I suggest the L'oreal magic lumi primer. It really did brighten my face up and my BB cream looked really smooth on top of it. Good stuff !

I agree with Monistat chafing cream. It's a dupe for Smashbox. I was hesitant to try it at first, but it is not medicated and makes my makeup glide on so smoothly. I am about to purchase my third container. Another nice thing is that the cost I slow low, you can use more!

Agreed! When I wasn't sure if I needed a primer, and didn't want to invest a lot to find out, I tried this. I used it for a while but then set it aside. I didn't notice a big difference in how my makeup looked or lasted for the day.

I've gotten samples of various primers and recommend getting some from Sephora or department stores if you are considering high-end.
