Hello ~

I have combination skin of normal and oily around my nose, chin, and a bit above my eyebrows (T-Zone). What are your favorite moisturizers for yourself, whether its DIY or purchased online/in store. Thanks in advance!

I like using oils to moisturize. I have dry skin. If you might be interested in trying oils, Garden of Wisdom (I'm not affiliated) has oil sample packs (3 oils of your choice) and skin type profiles on their website to help you match up what the qualities are of your skin with the oils that would be a good fit. Sometimes even adding a couple of drops of oil to a moisturizer cream that you already like can help with moisturizing needs.

Aloe vera gel works nicely for me although I'm an oily girl. The one from ur local drug store shud have glycerin in it which will really help the drier spots.
Jojoba oil is great for skin. Check minimalistbeauty.com on how she uses it to wash/clean and moisturize skin. It is also good for acne prone skin because the Jojoba helps regulate the extra sebum that causes acne

I found Renu Derma anti aging moisturizer cream most effective moisturizer cream with anti aging benefits.Renu Derma anti aging moisturizer cream is the best facial moisturizer cream because this cream provides enough moisturizer and not leaving your skin dry or greasy.

Hi speaking of anti aging .. also like to share this product called Triple Action Vitamin C Serum by VoilaVe from Amazon. Vitamn C is a powerful Anti-oxidant that works on the collagen synthesis and fades pigmentation on the surface of the skin. Aside from the moisturizer that I use ..along with it my serum.
I normally just use coconut oil, but with this colder drier weather I need something more. I've been using a moisturizer that came with my exfoliation kit from L'Oreal. It worked ok, but I still need to revamp my facial routine.

Jojoba oil! It's excellent to wash with as well, highly recommend it! It's the only thing that works 100% for me, and I have extremely sensitive skin that gets dry and oily very easily with the wrong products.

I like Clean and Clear Dual Action Moisturizer bc it contains salicylic acid, the best OTC ingredient for fighting acne, including cystic acne. And it's really cheap and you can get it in any supermarket or pharmacy.
3b (with 3c tendencies) on modified CG

I would moisturize twice daily but still have occasionally breakouts of red skin around my nose and around the top of my eyes. I have since been recommended an emulsion salve that has a certain type of fat in it. It makes my skin glisten (not appealing) but I’ve had fewer outbreaks than before.
DermaE makes really awesome natural stuff!
