MAC is starting to piss me off by discontinuing a lot of my faves.

I've worn VivaGlam II pretty consistently since it first came out.

I so want some red lipstick now! I used to wear a brick red in high school and I looked HOT! Of course, I was younger and thinner then but I really want to find one I can wear and not look like a clown! In addition, I think I'm going to break down and get either the Viva Glam V lip glass or lipstick and the select tint w/spf! I really should stop coming to this board.

Right now I have some lipstick in lame (not sure why I purchased this). I need something different.

Does it have to be worn with lipliner? I never wear it but would love the lipstick AND lipglass
I don't think it has to be worn with lipliner, she may have just been showing me lipliner to go with it just in case. I want to purchase the lipstick when it gets closer to fall (no lipliner).
I bought the Viva Glam V lipstick but so far I like the Lipglass better. The lipstick seems to get a little pinker as it wears off.

Well, I definitely like the Lipglass better. The lipstick dries my lips out badly.

I just bought "Chintz" lipstick -- it's a frost. I really like it. I didn't think I'd like a frost but I do.

I'd like a very pale color, too. Probably a sheer or a frost. Any suggestions? I sometimes do heavy 1960s style eyeliner (think Diana Ross or Barbra Streisand) and I like a pale lip color to go with it. But I'm tired of the heavy the satins and amplifieds.

Help?

too bad you can't get the Raquel Welch lippies any more - Screen Queen sounds like just what you're looking for!

try lustres like Jubilee, Brew, Soft Lust, Freckletone, High Tea, Barely Lit - they'd all give a 60s pale look. in frosts - Gel, Peachstock and Fabby.
