i think a rich purple eyeshadow would look AMAZING on your gorgeous eyes!

there's an LE colour that is still available on MAC's website, so you might be able to get it locally - Floral Fantasy. if that isn't available, the perm shade Satellite Dreams is close. Urban Decay's shade called Purple Haze is nicer than the MAC one with the same name. and Smashbox has a lovely purple called Camera.

What would you recommend for green eyes - I am so bad at eye makeup. I have thin eyelashes (goes with my thin hair) and deep set eyes so I feel like even when I put on mascara you can hardly see it. Any thoughts?

There are some face (YUK) photos in my fotki.

purple is also great on green eyes because purple is opposite green on a colour wheel.

have you tried some individual lash clumps at the edges of your eyes to bring your lashes out more? or a lengthening formula - as long as you don't wear contacts.

I do wear contacts so I usually try to look for products that are OK with them. At the salon I go to for waxing they have a procedure to put on eyelashes - it cost about $100 I think - I have actually been thinking about it.

what about Kiss Me mascara, x?

while most places that do lash extensions say they will last up to 2 months, what they don't tell you is that they sometimes only last 2 weeks! it really depends on your own lash growth cycle.

You are such an enabler, Rou.

I went and got Soft and Slow and Mellow Flame. I can't wait to wear them

My Scant from the prior collection is worn to a nub as it's become my go to color. Too bad it was a LE, but at least I bought a couple more once I fell in love with it. The texture is fab! I may have to get another one since my local MAC store just got more of them in...

I have to say, I hate their trend around the LE's but they are coming out with some great colors...

Okay, Soft and Slow is AWESOME! It's like Lust but a bit deeper and with a bit of sparkle.

Rou, did they reformulate the lipglasses? It seems a lot less sticky than the last lipglass I bought (in a really good way).

not that i've heard... maybe they're being influenced by the lustre glass and plush glass...?
